This spacious apartment is front line to the Mar Menor, and the Mediterránean Sea is only 50 meters away. Located in the development of Seychelles, km 14 of La Manga.
The living room is very spacious and bright and has a comfy sofa and a dining table for 4 people, it also has a large window with access onto a great terrace located front line, with stunning views, perfecct to enjoy the Mar Menor unique sunsets.
It has two bedrooms, the master bedroom has its own private bathroom with bathtub, and the second bedroom has twin beds, both of them have big wardrobes and windows with lovely sea views.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, a galley area with washing machine and all the necessary things to have a great holidays.
The apartment has free high speed internet connection with fibre optic.
It has 2 communal pools, open in 2023 from May to the 12th of October, from 9 to 14h and from 17 to 20h.

A flexible rate es available for a 10% supplement, free cancellation up to 5 days prior arrival, rate available from September to June, both included. If you'd like to book with this rate, please, do not hesitate to contact us, or just mention it in the section "comments" and we'll change the price and the cancellation policy.
Dogs allowed with prior notice (25€ fee for the whole stay).
Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.
Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.

En la piscina hemos echado de menos, algo de sombra y en el suelo vendría bien algo para que no se quemaran los pues al salir del agua.
