Bright and airy two bedroom apartment in La Bocana, Cabo de Palos.
The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, independent fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with access onto the open terrace to the communal area and with lovely views over the Cabo de Palos Marina.
The apartment has got air conditioning and its own private parking space in communal garage and the development has got a large communal pool and garden.
Dogs allowed with prior notice (25€ fee for the whole stay).
Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.
Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.
Professionally cleaned before arrival and after departure.
