A spiral staircase then gives access to a huge solarium with amazing views reaching all the way round to Cabo de Palos lighthouse.
The development has a lovely communal pool open from the 1st of June to the 15th of September.

The development, Cala Azul, has a lovely comunal pool that is open in 2024 season from May to mid October, (dates to be confirmed by season), and is very close to the big supermarket (Spar), which is surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops...
The peculiarity of Cala Flores is the big number of coves, such as Cala Reona, Cala del Descargador (the closest one to the apartment), Cala Dorada...
Playa de Levante (Mediterranean beach in Cabo de Palos) is less than 15 minutes walking distance.
Less than 10 minutes walking distance there is an area in Cabo de Palos where a large street market takes place every Sunday morning.
This three bedroom / two bathroom terraced property is divided over two floors and has private off-street parking as well as its own garden. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped open plan kitchen – dining room with dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning and smart TV. There is a shower room, storage room and access onto a beautiful garden with barbecue and ample terrace. The private garden is south facing and overlooks the canal and Mediterranean beyond.
Upstairs the accommodation can comfortably sleep 6 guests as there are 2 double rooms and 1 twin bedroom. The bedrooms share a large family bathroom with bathtub. From the main bedroom there is a balcony which runs the width of the property and frames the stunning southerly views which are only topped by climbing up to the large solarium via the spiral staircase in order to catch those last few rays of the day.
It has free high speed internet with fibre optic.

The house is part of a development, Venecia Azul, with communal swimming pool, located in front of the main building (Venezia Azul) and is open from June to September, from 10 am to 3pm and from 5pm to 8pm.
The Mediterranean beach is at the other side of the road, in the main building of the development there is a small grocery shop and 5 minutes walking distance there is a big supermarket (Spar), farmacy, bars, restaurants, shops...
Tomás Maestre Marina is less than 1 km from the house, in this area there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and footbal courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates... In this same area takes place a streetmarket every Saturday morning.
A flexible rate es available for a 10% supplement, free cancellation up to 5 days prior arrival, rate available from September to June, both included. Dogs allowed with prior notice (25€ fee for the whole stay).
Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.
Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.
