This charming two bedroom ground floor is located in the best development of the area, right in the Cabo de Palos Marina, surrounded by all the necessary services and one step away from the beach. La Bocana, or Puerto Almirante, is a lovely complex with beautiful gardens and a large salty pool that's open the whole year.
The apartment is full of small beautiful details that makes it special and reflect the area that it's located in.
The hall, very bright thanks to the skylight, is also the dining room, the main bedroom has it's own private bathroom with bathtub, there is a second bathroom located to the second bedroom, both bedrooms have twin beds.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped and has access onto a lovely back garden, perfect to enjoy the breakfast.
The living room is the main part of the apartment, it's very large and comfy and all the small details have been carefully chosen to make this apartment cosy and special, it has direct access onto the communal garden.
The apartment has got wifi connection.

The development, La Bocana also known as Puerto Almirante, is very popular in the area, it has a huge and beautiful garden and a lovely pool. It is located 1 minute walking distance from Playa de la Zeneta and 4 minutes from Playa de Levante.
It's located in the Cabo de Palos Marina area, close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets (Mercadona and Aldi), diving centres and the Playa de Levante, only 4 minutes walking distance.
This is the perfect apartment for couples, groups or families if you want to enjoy Cabo de Palos as if you lived here.

Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.
Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.
