Located at km. 14 of La Manga, this apartment is part of a lovely frontline development next to the Mediterranean Sea. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with bathtub and the second one with walk-in shower) as well as a large living room with access to a terrace with stunning sea views. There is an independent fully equipped kitchen. The apartment also comes equipped with air conditioning and WIFI included in the price.
The development is found directly on the frontline of the Mediterranean Sea, and has a large communal area with a swimming pool (open from Easter to the 31st of October from 10 to 15h and from 17h to 22h) and paddle court.
Even though parking is not a problem in the area, the apartment has its own private parking space in the underground community garage.
LOCATION:
The development, Las Palmeras, is located at km14, front line to the Mediterranean Sea and only 50 meters from the Mar Menor. There is a large communal pool and a paddle court.
Only 50 meters from the apartment there is a supermarket (Spar) and within a one kilometer radius a number of other bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc.
Located around 10 minutes walking distance from the Tomas Maestre Marina, an area full of bars, restaurants, shops and a Supermarket (Supercor) next to which there is an open air street market which takes place every Saturday morning.
In the Tomás Maestre area, there is also a public Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and football courts, and a gym with sea views. Guests can also enjoy a large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates... All the installations can be used by visitors, no membership is required. Surcharges are applicable.
A flexible rate es available for a 10% supplement, free cancellation up to 5 days prior arrival, rate available from September to June, both included. Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.
