Precious 3-bedroom apartment in Las Palmeras Urbanisation.
Located at km 14 of La Manga, this apartment situated in an urbanisation on the first line of the Mediterranean has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower tray.
It has a spacious living room, very bright and with access to a terrace with views.
Independent kitchen, fully equipped, with oven, dishwasher and all necessary appliances.
The apartment has air conditioning and WIFI.
The urbanisation is not only located on the very first line of the Mediterranean, but it also has a large communal area with a swimming pool (open from Holy Week to 31 October, from 10 to 15h and from 17 to 22h) and a padel court.
Although in the area parking is not a problem, the apartment has its own private parking space in the underground garage of the residential complex.

LOCATION:
The urbanisation, Las Palmeras, is located at km 14, on the first line of the Mediterranean Sea and just 50 metres from the Mar Menor. It has a communal swimming pool and padel court.
About 50 metres away there is a large supermarket (Spar), and in the area there are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets...
It is about 10-15 minutes walking from the Tomás Maestre Port, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.
Moreover, in this same area of Tomás Maestre there is a sports centre with tennis, padel and five-a-side football courts as well as very comprehensive indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for using the courts and attending the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Strength Training...
We offer the flexible rate option, for a 10% supplement with the possibility of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, rate available from September to June, both inclusive. If you are interested in booking with this rate, please let us know in advance or when making the reservation, add the comment in the observations section and we will proceed to change the rate and conditions.
No pets are allowed in this apartment.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
For arrivals between 9pm and 12am, prior confirmation is required before booking and incurs an additional fee of €30.
