Lovely ground floor one-bedroom apartment with a spacious terrace.
The apartment is located in the Marinesco II urbanisation, in the Tomás Maestre area.
It features a spacious living-dining room with a sofa bed (recommended for one adult or two children), independent kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a large terrace accessible from the living room, kitchen and bedroom.
The apartment is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning in both the living room and bedrooms, and with wifi connection.
The terrace is very spacious and features garden furniture, perfect for making the most of good weather and enjoying breakfast-lunch-dinner with family.
Marinesco is a very complete residential development that features extensive gardens, as well as a large open-air swimming pool normally open from mid-June to September and a tennis court.

Located at the Port of Tomás Maestre, there is a large supermarket less than 5 minutes' walk away (Supercor), surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy...
Furthermore, at the back they set up a market stall every Saturday morning and less than 10 minutes' walk from the building there is a sports centre with tennis courts, padel and five-a-side football, as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gymnasium with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance at the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weight training...
The Mar Menor beach (Paquebote) is 400 metres away and the Mediterranean is 600 metres away.
The area has several children's playgrounds.
