It has got an independent kitchen that has recently been refurbished, a bright and spacious living room with flat screen TV, 3 bedrooms, one of them with an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, recently refurbished too, and a family bathroom.
The apartment is completely exterior and is North facing, what makes it cool in summer, it has windows facing North, East and West, so ventilation if perfect.
It also has ceiling fans in all the rooms and beautiful frontline views to the Mediterranean.
LOCATION:
The development, Oasis, is located in the km 14, front line to the Mediterranean. It has 2 communal pools (open dates to confirm seasonally), lovely gardens and a small playground.
In the same development there is a Bakery and many shops, restaurants, farmacy and bars around.
Only 3 minutes walking distance there is a big supermarket (Spar)
Located around 10 minutes walking distance from the Tomás Maestre Marina, an area full of bars, restaurants, shops and a big Supermarket (Supercor) next to who a streetmarket takes place every Saturday morning.
In this area, Tomás Maesstre, there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and footbal courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...
If you are looking to stay in a super front line with all the services around don't look further, you just found it!
A flexible rate es available for a 10% supplement, free cancellation up to 5 days prior arrival, rate available from September to June, both included. If you'd like to book with this rate, please, do not hesitate to contact us, or just mention it in the section "comments" and we'll change the price and the cancellation policy.
Dogs allowed with prior notice (25€ fee for the whole stay).
Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.
Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.

Ha sido una estancia perfecta. Urbanización privada con tres piscinas a escasos metros del mar. No tiene aire acondicionado, solo ventiladores. Solo un par de días lo echamos de menos. Orientado hacia el Mar mediterráneo y con vistas espectaculares. La cocina bien equipada, así como los baños.. Y la posibilidad de tener 2 juegos de llaves para más comodidad para la familia. Servicio de la inmobiliaria inmejorable. Son muy amables y eficientes.
