Description
Modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the front line of the two seas, facing the Mediterranean.
CURRENTLY, THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW BUILDING IS BEING CARRIED OUT IN THE AREA, WHICH MAY RESULT IN NOISE DURING WORKING HOURS AND BUSINESS DAYS
The lounge with modern and comfortable furniture and East-facing orientation features a dining area and another area with a comfortable sofa bed (recommended for one adult or two children), with Smart TV and access to the beautiful terrace with sea views.
The master bedroom has a double bed and a large window with sea views, the second bedroom has two single beds, its own bathroom with shower and its own terrace, in the hallway there is a second bathroom with a bathtub and opposite it a fully equipped independent kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, oven, microwave and utility room with washing machine.
There are air conditioning units in all rooms, underfloor heating for the winter months, as well as high-speed internet with fibre optic.
Playa Príncipe is one of the most valued residential developments in La Manga, both for its location and the quality of its buildings. It features a swimming pool situated on the beachfront of the Mediterranean, which is normally open from May to October. 2024 dates from May to 15 October.
It is a stone's throw from Tomás Maestre Port, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.
Furthermore, less than 5 minutes' walk from the building is a sports complex with tennis courts, padel courts and five-a-side football pitches, as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gymnasium with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance at the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weight Training...
Enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach right in front of the building, if you're escaping the crowds, this is your place!
We offer the flexible rate option, for a 10% supplement with the possibility of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, rate available from September to June, both inclusive. If you are interested in booking with this rate, please let us know in advance or when making the reservation add the comment in the observations section and we will proceed to change the rate and conditions.

For arrivals between 9pm and 12am it is necessary to confirm before booking and they incur an extra fee of €30.

Keys are collected at the Spanish Connection office in Cabo de Palos. Details will be confirmed before arrival.

Apenas hemos utilizado el aire acondicionado pues suele correr la brisa abriendo las puertas de las terraza. Poder realizar todas las comidas mirando al Mediterráneo es un lujo y estar en primera línea de playa también. Esperamos volver una 3ª vez ausee more
Apenas hemos utilizado el aire acondicionado pues suele correr la brisa abriendo las puertas de las terraza. Poder realizar todas las comidas mirando al Mediterráneo es un lujo y estar en primera línea de playa también. Esperamos volver una 3ª vez aunque este año hemos tenido la rotura de una tubería a unos 700 metros que ha ensuciado la zona de baño por las tardes durante la última semana.
