Description
Penthouse with spacious solarium terrace with barbecue in Los Miradores del Puerto, km 14 of La Manga.
The apartment is very spacious and roomy and is distributed over two floors. The ground floor features an independent kitchen with a gallery, a very large living-dining room with access to a terrace overlooking the Estacio canal and Tomás Maestre Port.
It has two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed, is very spacious and also has views of the canal. The second bedroom has access to the terrace and views of the port. It has two complete bathrooms on the lower floor, one with a shower and another with a bathtub.
On the upper floor is the enormous solarium terrace, which is accessed from the terrace. This terrace has incredible panoramic views and features a barbecue and a complete bathroom with a shower, as well as all the necessary furniture and shade to enjoy meals and dinners outdoors.
The apartment is on the 7th floor, which means the temperature, especially in the hottest months, is perfect, and yet it has air conditioning and ceiling fans in both the bedrooms and the living room.
The apartment has wifi connection.
LOCATION:
The urbanisation, Los Miradores del Puerto, at km 14, has a large communal area with garden, paddle court and swimming pool.
About 50 metres away there is a large supermarket (Spar), and in the area there are plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets...
It is about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Port of Tomás Maestre, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.
Furthermore, in this same area of Tomás Maestre there is a sports centre with tennis courts, padel and five-a-side football, as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gymnasium with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance at the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weight training...
We offer the flexible rate option, for a 10% supplement with the possibility of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, rate available from September to June, both inclusive. If you are interested in booking with this rate, please let us know in advance or when making the reservation add the comment in the observations section and we will proceed to change the rate and conditions.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
For arrivals between 9pm and 12am it is necessary to confirm before booking and they incur an extra fee of €30.

Keys are collected at the Spanish Connection office in Cabo de Palos. Details will be confirmed before arrival.

Experiencia increíble desde antes incluso de llegar al apartamento. El trato recibido los días previos y las facilidades a la hora de reservar, impecable. Nosotros alquilamos el ático de la urbanización Miradores del Puerto y es una maravilla. Al apartamento no le falta detalle. Cocina completa con todo tipo de utensilios vajilla y ollas. Comedor con sofá cama super cómodo y vistas increíbles al mar menor desde el balcón con la entrada y salida de barcos espectaculares en el puerto. Habitaciones amplias con colchones cómodos y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. En el ático terraza para poder estar con unas vistas maravillosas y una mesa grande para estar y poder comer/cenar. En las instalaciones te encuentras con dos piscinas y una pista de pádel en un muy buen estado de mantenimiento. Zona tranquila con restaurantes enfrente del apartamento y un supermercado SPAR nada más bajar del apartamento donde poder hacer la compra completa. Aparcamiento muy fácil en varias zonas

Por decir algo, yo sustituiría los ventiladores de techo ya que se notan que están desgastados. No son necesarios ya que el apartamento cuenta con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones pero los ventiladores de techo habría que cambiarlos.
