This 6th floor apartment located in the Playa Príncipe Urbanisation, at km 11.5 of La Manga, is an apartment with sea views and a very spacious living-dining room with a dining area and another part with a sofa bed (recommended for one adult or two children) and Smart TV, an area from which you access the terrace, also arranged for 6 people and with views towards La Manga and the Mar Menor, with the perfect orientation to enjoy the unique sunsets of the Mar Menor.

The apartment has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed, private terrace and its own bathroom with shower; the second bedroom has two single beds and a large window with views of the Mar Menor. In the hallway there is a family bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped independent kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, oven, microwave and utility room with washing machine.

There are new air conditioning units with heating and cooling in all rooms, as well as high-speed internet with fibre optic.

Playa Príncipe is one of the most valued residential developments in La Manga, both for its location and the quality of its buildings. It features a swimming pool situated on the beachfront of the Mediterranean, which is normally open from May to October. 2024 dates from May to mid-October.

It is a stone's throw from Tomás Maestre Port, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.

Furthermore, less than 5 minutes' walk from the building is a sports complex with tennis courts, padel courts and five-a-side football pitches, as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gymnasium with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance at the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weight Training...

We offer the flexible rate option, for a 10% supplement with the possibility of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, rate available from September to June, both inclusive. Dogs are admitted with prior notice (€25 extra per stay).
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
For arrivals between 9pm and 12am, confirmation is required before booking and an extra fee of €30 applies.
Professional cleaning before and after the stay.
Keys are collected at the Spanish Connection office in Cabo de Palos. Details will be confirmed before arrival.
