Beautiful and comfortable two-bedroom apartment with canal views.
The apartment is very spacious and roomy, it has an independent kitchen with a gallery, a very large living-dining room with access to a terrace with beautiful views of the Port of Tomás Maestre and the Estacio canal.
It has two bedrooms, the main one with two single beds together, the second bedroom with two separate single beds, both with views of the canal. The apartment has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub.
The apartment is on a 1st floor and its proximity to the sea makes it a peaceful place to enjoy good weather and tranquillity.
The apartment has wifi connection and air conditioning (cooling) units in the bedrooms.
LOCATION:
The urbanisation, Los Miradores del Puerto, at km 14, has a large communal area with garden, paddle court and swimming pool. The swimming pool is open all year round.
About 50 metres away there is a large supermarket (Spar), and in the area there are plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets...
It is about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Port of Tomás Maestre, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.
Furthermore, in this same area of Tomás Maestre there is a sports centre with tennis courts, padel and five-a-side football, as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gymnasium with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance at the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weight training...
Enclosed garage space prior reservation, subject to availability, €6 per night.
Dogs accepted with prior notice (€25 extra per stay).
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
For arrivals between 9pm and 12am it is necessary to confirm before booking and incur an extra charge of €30.
