This apartment located in Tomás Maestre has two bedrooms, a spacious living-dining room, fully equipped independent kitchen, one bathroom and one toilet.
The master bedroom is very spacious, with a double bed and a small balcony with sea views. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, with a double bed on the bottom. The apartment has a full bathroom with bathtub and a toilet, as well as a fully equipped independent kitchen and a very spacious living-dining room with sea views. Next to the living-dining room there is a glassed-in room with another dining table and beautiful sea views.
Both the living room and bedrooms have new air conditioning units. The apartment has a private parking space in an underground garage and internet connection. The urbanization, Puerto Latino II, has a large pool, open all year round, with a children's area, a playground for the little ones, and a tennis court. It is located in a privileged environment, within the Tomás Maestre marina, with all necessary services just a stone's throw away.
A flexible rate es available for a 10% supplement, free cancellation up to 5 days prior arrival, rate available from September to June, both included. If you'd like to book with this rate, please, do not hesitate to contact us, or just mention it in the section "comments" and we'll change the price and the cancellation policy.
Dogs are allowed with prior notice (25€ extra per stay).
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
For arrivals between 9pm and 12am it is necessary to confirm before booking and there is an extra charge of 30€.
