The apartment, located on the 7th floor, has three spacious bedrooms, all with terrace access and built-in wardrobes, two bathrooms with bathtub, spacious and bright living-dining room, also with direct access to the terrace and an independent and fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, it features a large 80 m2 terrace accessible from bedrooms, living room and kitchen.
The apartment is ideal for families with children or for a group of friends.

There is a parking space in the underground communal garage.

The apartment is equipped with centralised air conditioning with cold/heat pump and wifi connection.

Apart from having an open swimming pool from Easter to end of October (from 10 to 15h and from 17 to 21h). The pool has direct access to the seafront promenade and Mediterranean beach.

The urbanisation is just 4km from Tomás Maestre Port, an area with all necessary services, including a supermarket, pharmacy and very good restaurants. These services can also be found in the apartment surroundings.

We offer a flexible rate option, with a 10% supplement for cancellation possibility up to 5 days before arrival, available rate from September to June, both inclusive. Dog is allowed with prior notice (25€ extra per stay).
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
For arrivals between 9pm and 12am, prior confirmation is necessary and an extra fee of 30€ applies.
