Two-bedroom apartment with spectacular terrace with sea views in Cala del Pino.
This apartment is located in a privileged area, on the first line of the Mar Menor, and 500 metres from the Mediterranean, with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with a single bed.
The living-dining room, with access to the terrace, has a double sofa bed (recommended for 1 adult2 children), as well as air conditioning. Both living room and bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The kitchen is gas-powered, is integrated into the living room and fully equipped.
The apartment has a bathroom with a shower.
The living room has access to a very spacious terrace with spectacular views of the Mar Menor, perfect for enjoying unique sunsets.
It has its own parking space in the communal garage, in addition to a beautiful communal swimming pool.
Maximum occupancy of 4 people.

LOCATION:
The urbanisation, El Arpón, is built on a hill, so it has stairs to access both the apartment and the communal areas. The communal swimming pool is located in the upper part.
It is located in the Cala del Pino area, a few minutes' walk from the ZocoBohemia Square, an area with numerous services.
Cabo de Palos, located after Cala Flores and Cala Reona, is a typical fishing village, perfect for enjoying its Mediterranean gastronomy, with a speciality in caldero and its multitude of coves surrounding the lighthouse, ideal for diving.
We offer the flexible rate option, for a 10% supplement with the possibility of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, rate available from September to June, both inclusive.
It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the apartment.
For arrivals between 9pm and 12am, prior confirmation is required before booking and incurs an extra fee of €30.
Professional cleaning before and after the stay.
Dogs are welcome, always with prior notice and for an extra €25 per stay.
