Superb penthouse perfectly located just steps from the beach.

Conveniently located less than 1 km away from the Tomas Maestre marina, this modern penthouse property offers wonderful panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace and the large roof top solarium too.
There is one large master bedroom with comfortable double bed and direct access to the terrace. The bedroom is fully air conditioned for the hot summer days but also benefits from underfloor heating to take the chill away from the cooler evenings in the winter. For additional guests, the living room is also equipped with a sofa that turns into a small bed, suitable for shorter stays.
Accessed from within the property, there is a large roof top solarium equipped with shower, BBQ and sun loungers.
For your comfort, you will find everything you need (hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, iron hairdryer etc.)

A/C is available throughout the whole property and there is also high speed internet with fibre optic available for free.
Towels and sheets are provided, and beds are prepared for your arrival.

The apartment is part of the popular development Playa Príncipe, which has a front line communal pool open from May to October.

Playa Príncipe is one of the most valued developments in La Manga, because of its location and quality, and has a lovely front line pool that is normally open from May to October. 2023 open from the 15th of May to the 15th of October.

Located very close to the Tomás Maestre Marina, an area full of bars, restaurants, shops and a big Supermarket (Supercor) next to who a streetmarket takes place every Saturday morning.

Less than 5 minutes walking distance there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and footbal courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...

Enjoy the unique white sand beach located right in front of the development!

Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.
Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.
