Lovely two-bedroom apartment, located on a 5th floor in the Development Puerto Mar, km 14, frontline to the Estacio Canal.
The tastefully decorated living room has a dining area and a comfy seating area with a stylish sofa, a TV and access onto a lovely terrace with views over the Mar Menor, Mediterranean Sea, Tomás Maestre Marina and Estacio Canal - unbeatable!
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and sea views; the second bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe and sea views, too. Between both bedrooms, there is a family bathroom with bathtub; and an independent fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and galley area with washing machine.
There is air conditioning in the living room and in the main bedroom and high speed internet with fibre optic. There is a parking space in the underground communal garage included in the price.
Puerto Mar is a lovely development with ample green areas, children's playground and large pool that is open in 2023 from April to the end of September (will be temporally closed between those dates to do some improvements, please, confirm dates in advance with the agency)
Located very close to the Tomás Maestre Marina, an area full of bars, restaurants, shops and a big Supermarket (Supercor) next to which a street market takes place every Saturday morning.
Enjoy the unique views, the lovely communal areas and the white sand beach very close to the the development!
A flexible rate es available for a 10% supplement, free cancellation up to 5 days prior arrival, rate available from September to June, both included. If you'd like to book with this rate, please, do not hesitate to contact us, or just mention it in the section "comments" and we'll change the price and the cancellation policy.
Dogs allowed with prior notice (25€ fee for the whole stay).
Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.
Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.

El piso está en una maravillosa urbanización, muy bien cuidada. Y aunque la orientación hace que no sea especialmente fresco, las vista al puerto, y a los dos mares son muy bonitas.

El piso es muy coqueteo y suficiente para pasar unas vacaciones pero creo que se podrían mejorar algunas comodidades como el sofá, que es bastante incómodo y se podría mejorar igualmente, aunque la casa tiene aire acondicionado le vendría genial unossee more
