Ample semi-detached house with large garden in Cala Flores.
The house is spread over two floors:
The ground floor has got and airy living room with two comfy sofas, a dining area up to 8 people and large windows that give access to the garden. On this flloor, there is also a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary white goods, one single bedroom and a bathroom.
On the first floor there is another bathroom and four bedrooms, two of them with access to a terrace.
The house has got a maximum capacity of 8 people, it is equipped with ceiling fans and wifi connection.
It is quite close to some Cabo de Palos coves - Cala Medina and Playa La Barra. The sandy beach of Playa de Levante is 800m away.
Dogs allowed with prior notice (25€ fee for the whole stay).
Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.
Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.
