Description
Located at kilometre 14 of La Manga del Mar Menor, this 3-bedroom terraced house is a true refuge to enjoy the sun, beach and tranquillity. With its spacious and bright design, this house is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a welcoming and functional home.
Upon entering the main floor, you will be welcomed by the lounge, kitchen and dining room, all of them spacious and well lit, perfect for sharing moments with loved ones. The entrance terrace is a true luxury, with its barbecue and dining area, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals.
On the second floor, you will find two comfortable and welcoming bedrooms, each with its own character. A bedroom with two beds is ideal for children or sharing with friends, and the master bedroom with a double bed is a true oasis of relaxation and also features a sofa bed.
But that's not all, in the attic you'll find a third additional bedroom with its own solarium terrace, perfect for relaxing in the sun, with comfortable loungers and beautiful views.
And to complete the house, the basement has a closed garage with communal access.
LOCATION:
The urbanisation, Los Miradores del Puerto, at km 14, has a large communal area with garden, paddle court and swimming pool.
About 50 metres away there is a large supermarket (Spar), and in the area there are plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets...
It is about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Port of Tomás Maestre, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.
Furthermore, in this same area of Tomás Maestre there is a sports centre with tennis courts, padel and five-a-side football, as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gymnasium with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance at the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weight training...
No pets allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
For arrivals between 9pm and 12am it is necessary to confirm before booking and an extra fee of 30€ applies.
Professional cleaning before and after your stay.
Keys are collected at the Spanish Connection office in Cabo de Palos. Details will be confirmed before arrival.
